Hi! Once again – I absolutely adore your simblr and I come back to check it everyday! Just a question – when are you planning on introducing the sims form Del Sol Valley? Can’t wait to see what you do with the Bailey-Moons! xx

Aw thank you!

Unfortunately its going to be quite a while. All of the new Del Sol Valley households are on the very end of the rotation (#30-32) and we’re currently on #7 for posting. I am also currently on #15 in play, and there are 52 posts in queue with another 72 planned in waiting. We’re talking 62 days out from now you’ll see where I’m playing today. That’s not to say these new sims wont pop up in other stories/households before I get to their spot in the rotation(they probably will). We’re just looking at about a 2-3 months from now timeline to even maybe see them at the moment heh, sorry!

And second questions, which I couldn’t find the answer on in your posts – where did you get Felicity and Tetsu? Were they random townies or did you create them especially for this save? THANK YOU I LOVE WHAT YOU DO!!!! :) (2/2)

Felicity and Tetsu were indeed random townies that I fixed up and then aged down to teens. Basically Malcolm and Luna needed partners and all of the other sims in play were either not going to work or waaaaaaay too young(like still babies and toddlers) so I went and found them some. I thought about making them but with my other blog and stuff going on:

Thank you so much and for the asks. I hope you have a great day/night/whatever!

Hey! Two questions, divided in two asks :) Firstly, how do you keep the number of random townies down in your gameplay? I want to start an EA save as well, but I feel like I always get overrun by random townies. And if you use MCC – do you have to go and reset settings everytime you play another save? (1/2)

Hi there,

I do a townie purge every time my game seems to be getting slow or they do that stand there and do nothing until you pause thing. I’ll keep some of the important holiday sims etc… but everyone else must go! I’m hoping at some point to move out a lot of the spares and have them be the townies but its not quite there yet.

I do use MCCC and the great thing about it is that your settings are saved independently from the mod so switching saves is super easy. I keep a copy of all my settings for each save in their own folders and just copy and paste the ones I need in when I’m playing that particular save. I think one of these guys might belong to another mod(npcc.cfg) but they look like this:

You’ll have to set up each save for what you want but as long as you keep track of the settings files you should only need to do it once!

On to #2!
